STORY BEHIND THE BOOK, BY AUTHOR:

This story is inspired by my service bulldog, whom I had the privilege of training from a young age as a military veteran. 

When I first encountered Gideon, he was an incredibly timid puppy, frightened by nearly everything, even his own shadow. Over time, I witnessed his transformation into the courageous bulldog he has become. 

Recognizing that children also encounter their own fears and challenges, I was motivated to create a children's book aimed at helping them navigate their anxieties, just as Gideon did, with the support of family and the wisdom of scripture.
